The initial company was split up to maximise the potential of the established commodity fencing business and to separate out the bespoke joinery business. Individual corporate identities and stationery items were created for the two new trading entities.

A small selection of case studies were compiled to show off the range of Lionwood projects. Each had a gallery of individual projects for particular clients. The Tewin Bury Farm Hotel case study had multiple galleries covering the extraordinary range of projects completed for the client.

414 Fencing and Lionwood

A well established and successful company had grown from a simple basis of providing fencing materials from their large North London base to the local public and fencing and landscaping contractors.

Along the way, they'd developed a reputation for producing highly skilled ad hoc joinery. They'd picked up bespoke projects from a wide range of business sectors and also ones in the domestic market place.

It became obvious that the two enterprises required individual trading identities, especially as they spoke to different audiences. Although there was a certain amount of cross-over business, where landscaping and security issues were involved, the client accepted our strategic recommendation to market the bespoke joinery business under a new identity – Lionwood.

The commodity fencing business was spruced up, with a simpler name and a new identity, enabling it to compete more efficiently within their established business sector.  Individual websites were created, along with appropriate stationery, livery and literature items.
